Overview

Join us in-person in Adelaide or online for this special event featuring James Shipton, former Chair of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and now Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School as he outlines the structural faults facing regulators. By doing so James will highlight the key false assumptions that surround regulators and identify design flaws that very often prevent regulators from succeeding.
