Overview
Join ANZSOG for an engaging discussion about transforming how we talk and think about public administration and governance. Drawing inspiration from the book ‘Pathways to Positive Public Administration’, edited by Patrick Lucas, Tina Nabatchi, Janine O’Flynn, and Paul ’t Hart, this event brings together public sector leaders and academics to explore why learning from success stories matters and how it can shape the future of public service.
Editors Professor Janine O’Flynn and Professor Paul ‘t Hart will share insights from their research into positive public administration, how it’s more than just an optimistic state, and the many pathways we can take to get ‘to the bright side’. They will be joined by public sector executives for a dynamic conversation about building a more constructive narrative in and around the public sector.
This event reflects ANZSOG’s ongoing commitment to fostering thoughtful dialogue about public leadership and governance, and celebrates our long-standing collaboration with the book’s contributors, who have been valuable members of the ANZSOG community.
