Radha Thomas has over 17 years’ experience developing and managing the delivery of a diverse range of complex, sensitive and high-value strategic initiatives and projects at leading Australian and UK universities. She is the Chief of Operating Officer and Company Secretary at ANZSOG and was previously Portfolio Director, Strategy & Culture in Chancellery, at the University of Melbourne. Radha has worked on a number of reform initiatives including supporting the independent panel leading the Review of the Australian Public Service, Reform of the Federation Taskforce and most recently developing a governance and leadership framework for the South East Queensland region with Queensland Treasury Corporation. Radha also has significant change management experience having worked on organisational transformation projects at the University of Melbourne.

She has a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University, and is currently completing a Ph.D. on reform frameworks for the Australian federation at Melbourne Law School, the University of Melbourne.
