Megan is a dynamic people focused leader with over 20 years in Senior Executive roles and experience delivering systems and transformational change within the Victorian State Government. She is experienced in working collaboratively at the intersection of community engagement, co-design, and government policy to broker outcomes that deliver value for everyone involved. Megan has a track record of effectively addressing complex challenges through strategic thinking, partnership and innovation. Megan is deeply committed to collaboration and respect between State and local government and joined-up government responses. Her expertise includes digital, and data strategies, extensive relevant networks, policy, and a deep understanding of how governments at all levels can support communities.

Megan has a deep commitment to public service and has worked in several government departments, including the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the Department of Treasury and Finance, the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions, and the Department of Transport and Planning.
