Kerry is the former Registrar and Chief Executive of the Education Standards Board. Kerry’s focus is on building trust through regulatory transparency and promoting voluntary compliance by engaging with regulated parties and stakeholders. Kerry takes an outcomes-focused approach to continuous improvement of the Education Standards Board’s regulatory practice.

Kerry has a 20-year career in regulation, working with vulnerable people and leading change and played an instrumental role in setting up the CTP Regulator in South Australia, delivering exceptional quality outcomes in a high stakes environment. Kerry is the South Australian Chapter Chair for the National Regulators Community of Practice.
