Jane Lin is the Executive Director, Regulatory Operations & Enforcement for Liquor & Gaming NSW. Prior to this she worked in a range of enforcement and intelligence roles within the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission for almost 20 years, investigating and litigating consumer and competition matters and leading a number of operational branches, with a focus on data and intelligence-driven regulation.

In her current role, Jane is responsible for providing executive leadership and governance for the Liquor & Gaming NSW compliance, enforcement and probity functions, and leads the implementation of a best practice risk-based regulatory framework for compliance and enforcement of the liquor, gaming and casino sectors in NSW.
