Associate Professor Guzyal Hill, PhD (Law) has a balanced academic trifecta in leadership, research and teaching at Charles Darwin University. Guzyal researches and publishes in the areas of cooperative federalism, harmonisation of legislation in federations and globally, legislation and AI and international cooperation for achieving positive outcomes through regulation. Her book titled ‘National Uniform Legislation’ has been published by Springer and her articles have been published by top Australian legal journals.
