Directory update requestChristine is an experienced public sector leader, with over 29 years’ service across a range of roles in various agencies and a commitment to improving public service value.
Christine currently serves at the East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS), leading the People, Capability and Culture Division. EMHS is home to over 10,000 staff working at hospitals and public health services geographically dispersed between Royal Perth Hospital and Armadale.
With a passion for diversity, mental wellbeing and women’s health, Christine is skilled in workforce development and leadership, change and strategic human resource management.
Previously, Christine led the development and implementation of the WA Public Sector Diversification and Inclusion Strategy as the Director of Workforce Strategy at the Public Sector Commission.
Having served in HR, finance and business administration in a range of public sector agencies prior to this, Christine spent time as the Chief People Officer at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and the former Department of Fisheries.
She is a graduate of the ANZSOG Executive Master of Public Administration, a fellow of Leadership WA, and an experienced non-profit board member.
Christine is a dedicated public servant and family woman who is addicted to learning, working hard to pursue knowledge and deliver outcomes amongst the family fun, enjoying cooking, music and road trips.
