Ms Caroline Lamb was appointed Chairperson of the Authority on 19 December 2022.

Caroline has many years’ experience as a commercial lawyer and more recently as Chief Executive Officer of private and public sector organisations. She has served on several boards and has consulted to boards on corporate governance and board performance.

Caroline established, and for several years operated, a successful consulting business, becoming recognised for expertise in risk management and organisational change programs.
She is a Councils Member on the Australian Professional Standards Councils and a member the Professional Standards Committee of the Actuaries Institute of Australia.
Caroline is also a Director of Wentwest Limited, which delivers and integrates primary healthcare services in Western Sydney.
