Ben Noyen has a background in engineering, law enforcement, consulting and government, and tertiary qualifications in Engineering and Social Science. Ben manages the Manufacturing Quality Branch which is responsible for the regulation of manufacturing standards and product recalls. He has previously led teams responsible for investigating fraud and corruption, managing welfare and Medicare compliance, and developing anti-money laundering systems.
