Andrew has nearly forty years of professional experience – 19 years in the timber manufacturing industry, metalliferous mining, and environmental consultation and 19 years as a senior environmental regulator.

As the SA EPA Director Operations, Andrew is the executive responsible for compliance, regulatory practice, circular economy and waste, investigations, incident management, regions, and licencing services.

He is the Australian representative for the Working Group on the Remediation of Soil and Groundwater Pollution of Asian and Pacific Region.

Andrew has been appointed by the Governor of SA as a Member of the South Australian Public Health Council and is Co-chair of the National Chemicals Working Group.

He has extensive contemporary leadership, project management, change management, environmental assessment and environmental remediation experience throughout Australia and internationally.
