Caroline is the Director of Incident Management and Resilience for the Environment Agency (EA). She has been with the EA for over six years and was previously Area Director for Hertfordshire and North London. Caroline is responsible for establishing and leading the approach to flood and environmental incidents by EA.

She has over 25 years’ experience in the public service working in Australia and the UK across a range of natural resource management issues in both policy and operations. Her experience in emergency management and incident response includes bushfire and flood response in Australia, the United States and the UK.

Caroline completed her Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) in 2005 and has held senior executive roles in Victorian State Government and the UK since then.
