Directory update requestTina serves as Director of Innovation & Performance (IP), leading a talented and committed multi-disciplinary team that works closely with City departments to solve problems. IP works as an internal consultancy in the City of Seattle bringing human-centered design, data analytics, project management, and partnerships to City priorities. Her past experience includes serving as a policy advisor to Mayor Mike Bloomberg in New York City and as a management consultant to government and nonprofit leaders at the city, county, state, Federal, and international levels to create actionable enterprise strategic plans and explore innovative financing mechanisms. Tina holds degrees from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
