Rick Harrison is currently the Director, Portfolio Analysis, Budget and Finance Division at Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance. He has over 25 years of experience in the public sector in the areas of education and training, human services, premier and cabinet, and treasury and finance. Within these portfolios, he has undertaken a range of roles which include strategy and policy development, funding model design, regulation, program and service delivery. Rick was most recently Secretary of the COAG Education Council. He is an Asialink Fellow and a former member of the Victorian ANZSOG Alumni Committee.
