Marc leads the development compliance team at the City of Adelaide. The team is responsible for undertaking mandatory critical stage inspections for all development within the City of Adelaide but the team also monitor and assess existing building stock that does not strictly conform to modern construction code requirements. In conjunction with the City of Adelaide Building Fire Safety Committee, the team determine whether the fire safety within these buildings is adequate and whether further action is required to ensure fire life safety for all building occupants.
