Kelly is a thought leader in whole-of-government regulatory policy, practice and performance. In her role, Kelly is modernising Australian Government regulation through a framework for fit-for-purpose regulation that empowers regulators and policymakers to continuously adapt to emerging opportunities and risks throughout the regulatory lifecycle. Kelly is the Australian delegate to the OECD Regulatory Policy Committee and chairs the International Regulatory Cooperation subcommittee. Ms Wood held leadership positions in the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and Office of the National Data Commissioner and has 20 years’ experience designing and delivering major regulatory reforms.
