Josh Chambers is an experienced executive with a diverse career spanning government, private industry, and Australian Defence Force. Beginning his career as an electrician, he worked across various mine sites in Australia before joining the Australian Army and becoming a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon. After leaving full-time service, Josh transitioned to the NSW Department of Primary Industries where he held key positions in biosecurity and food safety compliance. Josh is currently with the NSW Resources Regulator, responsible for all opal mining compliance in NSW.

Beyond his executive roles, Josh has been a Non-executive Director for the OESC Group and Ability Agriculture. He has also served as Chair of the NSW Ministerial Cattle Tick Consultative Committee and as an Executive Mentor for the NSW Public Service Commission. Continuing to serve in the Army Reserves, Josh brings strong leadership and problem-solving skills to every role he undertakes.
