Jenny has worked in both Federal, State and Territory Governments, as well as the provincial government in Alberta, Canada, the Civil Service Commission in East Timor and the Autonomous Bougainville Government.

Since return to Queensland she has been heavily involved in the Queensland Public Sector Inclusion Champions of Change, and the Queensland Male Champions of Change. More recently she has been focusing on the Future of Work and understanding the impacts of automation and digital disruption.

Her passion is grounded in exploring alternative and innovative approaches that disrupt the status quo and bring together the work, worker and workplace.
