Directory update requestSarah manages MSDI’s BehaviourWorks Australia executive training program, working with public sector leaders to build capacity in applying a behavioural insights approach to policy development. She’s also a member of the teaching team for Monash University’s Master of Environment of Sustainability course – Leadership for Sustainable Development, and runs the professional development program for BehaviourWorks Australia’s award-winning Graduate Research Industry Partnership doctoral program.
Sarah’s broader research interests lie in developing further understanding of catalytic or ‘spillover’ behaviour adoption pathways, perceptions of behaviour similarity and assessing the effort involved in behaviour adoption as part of behaviour diagnosis. She is also involved with research projects around promoting social inclusion in Australia and in evaluating the impact achieved by BehaviourWorks through client engagement.
Sarah is a qualified science teacher (Cambridge University) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development (Imperial College & School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London), and Master’s degree in Environmental Conservation (University College London).
