David has been with Consumer Affairs Victoria since 2009. His public sector career has covered the full range of regulatory activities – from policy, occupational licensing, not-for-profit registration, compliance monitoring and enforcement, across the 30+ Acts administered by Consumer Affairs Victoria. Prior to joining the Victorian Government, he worked at Myer, Coles Myer, and subsidiaries of Qantas. David holds a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Melbourne.
