Find out more about ANZSOG’s Executive Master of Public Administration

Claire O’Neill is currently the Assistant Commissioner, Service Strategy and Assurance based in the ATO Penrith office. Her role is to develop an overarching service and channel management strategy for the ATO, which will set the strategic direction for all our services, across all channels.

Immediately prior to this role, O’Neill led development of the ATO’s Digital Strategy and she continues to be the Program Lead for the ATO’s Contemporary Digital Services Program of Work. She has worked at the ATO for 13 years in various areas such as finance, governance, change management and frontline delivery.

In addition to the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) through ANZSOG, she also holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics.
